Don't get to play much these days, but I lean towards being hyped. I'd be disappointed if all we got were just 2.2 news. I'd hope we get at least a peak at multicrew and the commander creator, as well as updates to planets (volcaninc activity?).

As for season 3 (which I still suspect ot be "space legs"), I'm in doubt that we'll see anything now that 2.1 was delayed into the middle of this year. Who knows how much workforce they have left between 2.2, 2.3... and Planet Coaster to drive the season 3 development. Seeing som season 3 stuff would be the ideal gamescom announcement for me though, even if it won't come before summer 2017. Ship launched fighters and multicrew are nice, but I'd like a peak at the next fundamental funcitonal update to Elite, even if it's still far out.

I have high hopes but I keep getting disappointed. Graphical bugs I have reported more than a year ago is still present. This is currently a big turn off for me.

I'm interested to see what they announce at Gamescom. Voted neutral though because I'm not on the emotional rollercoaster many people on the forum seem to be riding.

Voted NO, as so far all the Hype that FD has released has been a disappointment,
they really need to focus on getting the content sorted out and the damn bugs fixed. I understand the development must continue, but the game as it is now is just an empty shell, that has a lot of potential.

and BTW FD we are still missing the concept art book that was promised 2 years ago!.

I think that they will show us some sezon 3 peek. I still believe it will by atmospheric landigs on no life planets. They got planet surface they need to make a proper atmospher on it, and i thik its more easlier to do than space legs . . .

Not really, but, perhaps because I am still busy with all the stuff I am doing with 2.1.05, as much as I am interested in Passengers and such, I am in no rush so not hyped.

What's not to like about more stuff to see and do?

I suspect we'll see all the major content for the rest of the season. This is their big chance to advertise it since they aren't at EGX. Maybe a sneaky peak for season 3.

The removal of all instances of RNG in RNGineers would be the only thing at the moment that would get me excited. FDev have a very bad record in terms of announcements that turned out to be letdowns in the end.

I am actually afraid of what they will come up next to make our lives miserable.
