I thought we established that Kohl will arrive at 10 am in a red T9 carrying fish in Cail, while Dillon will be present at 9pm (21:00) in Apademak. It was also mentioned that Dillon wont be carrying cargo, and hes the only one iirc to appear in Apademak. Wherebouts of Granger are still unknown. Please correct me if Im wrong.
Because I'm too lazy to read the last 50 or so pages, where do I need to be and when do I need to be there?
And can we put that on the First Page?

Kohl was carrying fish. So he has cargo, and he'll be in Cail at 10:00.
So, I don't think it is important if it's Granger or Dillon in Apademak, right? Whoever is there of both, catch him!

Shall we, ahem, fry their thrusters or fsd to ensure that they wont be running away, then wing beacon it to everyone present insystem (in case of interdiction)

Shame the PVP elitists are about in open play. I honestly dont understand what you have to gain from killing an unarmed exploration ship, no loot, no killboards nothing your just a in a ship designed for something this game doesnt do. pvp should be by consent not by who has the biggest in the system.

Nah they are interdicting people. I just out-turned it for a while but it got boring, so I jumped out. The interdiction came just before my jump commit, so I got out ok.

Yes, we know that Kohl will arrive to Cail at 21.00, that is a fact. Dillong doesn't carry cargo, that is a fact.
About that.. it sais the red trader was carrying fish during the incident. Please note it is in past form, where the 'will arrive' is in future form. so I stand in 'someone without cargo will arrive to apademak' could, actually, be anyone.
I understand you are interpreting the messages, and I agree with you, but what I say is a fact.

I think the fish bit is just there to help identify one ship as the trader. Anyway, I came up with a different interpretation from the front page. IMHO the clue that Granger hangs arround Apademak indicates that he won't be the one "arriving", because he's already there! Which leaves you with Dillon:

The T9 pilots route takes them to system Cail
- Can't be Granger, he hangs around Apademak
- Can't be Dillon, he never carries cargo (not a trader)

Someone who wasn't carrying cargo will arrive at Apademak at 2100
- Can't be Granger, he's already hanging around there
- Unlikely to be trader Kohl (cargo)

- Yellow Asp piloted by Grainger is already present in Apademak (he hangs around there)
- Red T9 piloted by trader Kohl will arrive in Cail at 10.00

I've been chuggin around Apad' for a while now I figure it must be a specific location for grainger, perhaps found from info given by the others,maybe we nedd accounts from each of them to geta final location

Not saying you're at fault, but if you're hunting thargoids, you should be ready for PVPers too. You have Palin unlocked I hope? Grab some grade 5 Dirties and a Courier and noone will ever be able to touch you again. 800+ m/s and a 35LY jump range is plenty.

How is such jump range possible ? My Courier has A rated fsd with grade 5 range with 50% roll , mostly D rated except for thrusters and power capacitor and it was a pain to get it to 26-27 ly. I mean what is the point of equipping class 1 everything (the only way i see it possible) if you wont survive even a few probing shots ?
I'll say it is his fault. He weighed the risk vs reward on venturing out without defenses or offensive weapons and without the skill to avoid altercations. He chose poorly.
Yep, that sounds right. In most cases, I don't mind PVP, but it really doesn't make much sense in ED unless you're a bounty hunter/pirate. If you're not either of those and you're just killing people, then no, it doesn't make sense. In a perfect world, they would go to CQC for mindless PVP and we wouldn't have this problem, but that's not how it works and what you can take away from that is that CQC just isn't good enough for them; they like to actively ruin whatever lax experience other players are having.
As I said earlier, in most cases I don't mind PVP; it works in DayZ (it's survival based and you never know who is going to turn on your/KOS, so it's almost mandatory) but not in ED where every single commander I've ever met has been friendly, which makes those KOS commanders extra annoying.
All of this is just my opinion, though.

10:00 galaxy time is like 5 am here...hopefully Kohl will hang around Cail for at least a little while and I can make it an early morning!
