Dillon most likely lied about the star type. He could've also lied about the planet type.
Also, folks, do you remember the picture of some alien looking planetary wreckage(?) we got from David's interviews? Maybe thats what we are looking for on that planet?
I've been reading white Cobra in lots of places, but I've never seen any clues/info that says that the Cobra is white.

Anyway Dillon could be lying about it, and it was icy and not rocky. But it's far too stretched.
Pulsars are specifically neutron stars whose emissions flash towards earth. All neutron stars rotate rapidly and emit like this, but they're angle relative to earth means that we don't always get the lighthouse effect from them.
Since the emissions are not coming until October, this clue must be a lie.
