Can i say that i really enjoyed yesterdays events? Despite being on all day and having no first hand experience of any of it, it was still exciting and new. Thanks fdev for a refreshing way of implementing some cyptic clues rather than spoonfeeding us and tending to all of our collective nappies/diapers.
On the top of the crumpled note are morse letters for P E A C E

Totally agree, I think the fun is in the hunt not the ending. It got a lot more people online I guess(?) and I was personally reading and deciphering, jumping around and generally not getting anywhere fast but playing the game in between notes.
so whats the plan for today in trying to figure this out?

No. The first person said ALWAYS lies. There is no rocky/icy planet near lat/long 34/xx near anywhere. The whole thing is a lie. We can't just pick and choose bits from his sentence. the whole thing is a lie
unless they were telling the truth, and the other person is lying.

I remember these Events when I used to play Eve, live events carried out by GMs. Not only were they poor in narrative, poorly organised to the point that there was so much TiDi on the servers and mass confusion - but also lead to the slaughter of a lot of players, especially from Goons "for the lulz" - much like what happens when SDC decided to turn up at these events because it forces players into open who are unprepared.
They were also lead up to new features that were coming in the next patch so had little to do with what was currently available. Hopefully Frontier can learn similar lessons.

no. if the's telling the truth, there is a rocky planet 34 lat etc. if he's lying, all of it is a lie. Not just some parts. all of it. he ALWAYS lies.
If he's telling the truth, where are the binary pulsars? If there are no binary pulsars, then he's lying. about everything. Disregard everything he says.
