Actually quite self revealing about oneself to find I'm possibly the only one who has never actually tried any of the popular things like mining or being winged up with someone...seriously, never on both counts, don't even know how to. Not blaming you guys, it's my choice to be alone, but actually being able to compare the percentages was still somewhat comforting to know I'm not the only weirdo that loves doin crazy stuff in the SRV, or went to the center of the universe and beyond...and back again, although technically I'm still on a detour on the outer arms atm exploring the parts of the universe most others avoid.

I had a good hunt about for Voyager as well but couldn't find it.

Maybe one achievement to be added to the list is to take on a Capital Ship single-handedly.. and win. It's not one I'd be ticking off myself. I threw quite a few ships at one before I realised I just didn't have the skills to do it alone.

But then I'm not a great combat pilot. I didn't even manage to complete the tutorial.

Capital ship appearing is amazing, but why no option: Make capital ship DISSAPEAR?

Was in private Group mode last night with a buddy, showing him the crashed Alien wreck site.

After some shenanigans and faffing about, we decided to take on the Empire capital ship patrolling the place.

Some destroyed heat-relays later, and we were rewarded with a majestic sight of the pride of the empire fleeing into whitchspace with its tail between its legs, above a planetary surface.

One of the most epic moments in Elite sofar for me

It turns out, I have to go to Sag. A*, pirate someone, run out of fuel&be rescued, self destruct, kill newlyweds, sell my soul to a power and visit Mitterand Hollow.

I'd add:

Work on flipping of a system

Use in game voice comms (it's AWESOME)

Join a player group and play together for an event

A number of times, but usually I'm breaking off at that point and fleeing for home base. With that said, a few weeks ago I was in a High Intensity CZ with CMDR Vindelanos running combat ops. I was in my FdL. We'd been dueling with a wing of enemies with no help from any allies. I'd just taken down an Elite Python, but had been taking fire from multiple enemies the whole time and as he blew up I was down to no shields, 85% hull and a breached canopy. I was just getting ready to turn tail and make a run for home base when I was engaged by an Elite Vulture; it was fight or die for me. Probably the fight didn't last as I thought it did at the time, but it really seemed like it went on for several grueling minutes with him constantly disappearing right before my eyes and darting at me like an angry wasp. I started getting pretty claustrophobic listening to the sounds of my avatar running out of breath. When the fight was over I emerged victorious with 60% hull left. Coolest, most intense fight of my career.

I remember fighting an npc in the asp once...should have been an easy enough fight but fer some reason, I lost the entire canopy in the first few shots fired and fought the entire fight with just the sound of my breathing and no HUD. How I won, I shall never know...was actually sweating afterwards and didn't realize how intense it was. A very unique experience ^^
