Excuse me, but I believe they've already claimed that persistence is already in the game. Your wanted level stays with you even if you disconnect from the server.
Multi-crew is pointless as it stands now, there is nothing for anyone besides the pilot to do. And every time the ramp drops it like a welcome sign for everyone to board and wait for you to get outside of the 25 km(or whatever it is now) limit from the station and pop you in the head.
They were supposed to have the ability to share the hangar with friends, whatever happened to that? I'd rather have that, then multi-crew mission, since I could actually enjoy that over getting popped in the head every time I left the station.
We do discuss SC, all the failures and success it's had. We just don't paint it in the rosy light that pretty much every other forum demands. Quite frankly this is really the only place I can discuss this train wreck of a game.
If you want we could discuss the oh so open development of SQ42 and SC. How we all knew that there was going to be a huge reveal of 3.0 at Gamescom and how we giggle with glee at all the news outlets finding out after all of the adoring fans. Like we knew the exact reason why Star Marine was Soon/canceled/shelved/"in-game"/2.6(!).
Just because we aren't talking about precious in the way you like doesn't distract from the fact that we are actually discussing it. Most of us have skin in this, and I for one would like a game out of all of this mess.

Well. Having some Friends who can Guard your Ship as well as Man Turrets is not exactly Wrong I think.
As your Friends have Weapons and thus Can Shoot Intruders that might otherwise Steal your Ship. This is very Importand after all.
But the Keyword is Friends. You should not just let anyone on your Ship.

Nope. For Most Part what I see is not Discussion of SC. Its merely Trashtalking and Negativity. Something for a reason Prohibited on Forums. As an sidenote. Trolling and constantly Derailing the Topic like alot of People do in here. Is also Prohibited in this Fourm.
The Mods not taking Action to Clean up this Topic is an Mystery to me.

An Discussion would require an Neutral Attitude and an Interest to actually find out and talk about the Game.
This does Include Negative and Positive Aspects and an Neutral Evaluation of the Games Development.
However
What your doing is attempting to find Fault with the Game and anyone Supporting it and attacking this fault as relentlessly as possible while completely ignoring anything else.
That has nothing to do with Discussion.
Lets make an Example.
Imagine I start talking about how your Name is a Joke. Because its Written wrong. Is a Cheap Copy of something and Sounds totally Stupid or whatever other crab i could make up on it.
And then I continuesly always only talk about this while Ridiculing and Insulting your Name entirely Ignoring and Blocking any attempt to talk about anything else related to you.
Would you then call this an Valid Discussion of your Person ?
