This is entirely under the assumption that FDev would actually code the game for the PF to be a reactionary entity. Considering that neither the Empire, the Alliance, nor the Federation directly react to commanders assaulting any of their assets in any negative way beyond a fine or bounty, per game mechanics, the PF wouldn't either.
Building up the mechanic for them to react in such a way opens an entire Pandora's level box of things that need to be considered across the entire game. IE: Not something FDev is going to work on right now considering that they're finalizing the current patch and have probably already begun work on the next with a strict set of guidelines and items that need to be built, coded, tested and then released.
Until then. Jameson can be attacked. Players can shut down CGs if they want to (and can mass a large enough response force) and pretty much do whatever they want unimpeded and it is a legit part of game mechanics, regardless of which faction it is affecting.
Be careful in Shinrarta Dezhra, some players are griefing again, a so called CMDR ..... interdict my unshielded anaconda trader and start shooting at me without warning or anything...

Interdicting a ship in open and shooting at it is not griefing. You may think it's somewhat lame since you were obviously no threat (and I would agree) but it's not griefing.

Well obviously nobody wants to actually be running missions in Founder's anyway (since this thread includes numerous calls for it to be completely removed from the BGS and the missions are the primary drivers of... yeah you guessed it, the BGS) so it's all good. Right?

Well Red Anders, in two days at shinrarta i get rekt at the exit of a station without warning and in the system without warning, some people in shinrarta are clearly trying to lockdown a system who can't go in war state in order to block the outfitting with no reason except trolling hundred of peoples, i kind of call that Grief. I understand why " naming / shaming " is not a good thing, but those guys are ruining the fun of hundred of people in all impunity....

Ok, so I'm not trying to be rude, but I am being blunt, which easily comes across as rudeness.
With that out of the way, all that means is he doesn't know for sure and doesn't want to be the one that effs up and says the wrong thing on a subject people are quite animated about. Basically it's a standard customer support way of getting people to shut up and move on. Customer support don't know how the game is supposed to run, they just filter things and manage stuff that's actually on a known bugs list and help keep customers happy, so until a community manager or a developer actually comes out and says it's a bug, then it's not a bug because it's how the game operates.
Hopefully I didn't come across as rude this time but eh oh well if I did.

Ok so i clearly missing something here, can you give me your definition of griefing? For me after proper research on this particular word (i'm french so, maybe i miss something about this english word) but the definition is that :
