Instantly is relative when it comes to CMDR reports. Maybe OP just meant it didn't took long? Also station defenses got buffed with 2.2.
You might be right about this one.. But the way he explained it made it sound exactly like my bug.. I can only speak for myself.. I was literally instantly killed.. No shooting or warning. I was even scanned and cleared.. I entered the mailbox entrance, descended Down to my landing pad, and suddenly my cockpit was gone, hanging in the air with the words "Killed by the station".
It could well be that you are right too, maybe it's the same bug indeed. I honestly don't know it and just wanted to point out the possiblity.

this just happen to me 5 minutes ago was transporting passager and i got close to a station on auto pilot and bamm the station started fire at me for no reason lost 1 mill on ship com on elite this is a bug

You mean like the "SRV exploding for no reason driving in a straight line over smooth ground" ? "Exploding ships,and silent running was not engaged" ? , "Logging in and your ship has exploded" ? and a few others.
I think the fact that their are a few similar posts of people performing passenger missions for the first time and getting blown up by the station due to them not reading the mission hinting that some passengers might be wanted in some systems might be more a likely explanation than a "bug" you saw once 1.5 years ago.

Two very typical reactions of this community. I find it impossible to tell you how wrong you are, but i dare to say, my current line of work is software test and your attitude would make you a liability on this job. One of the most important things in my line of work is that if you notice "anything strange" it gets written down, no matter how obscure the effect is and how hard it is to reproduce. By collecting and evaluating similar "something strange" reports, we managed to eliminate a number of well hidden and rarely occuring glitches. So what the OP did was the correct thing to do. He encountered an effect which seemed to have been wrong, possibly a bug. He wrote down what he experienced and tried to eliminate some possible causes for the issue he experienced. He only made three mistakes:

1. While some Happenings in the games development trigger a sarcastic tone, it should be avoided when reporting a bug.
2. He has put it into the general discussion section, instead of filing a bug report. This might be a knowledge thing, but considering that the bug report section quite often seems to be the place were bug reports go to die, i can also somehow understand this decission.
3. He put it in a place where this community can reply on it. No further explanation needed on this.
