Ive been inspecting the ruins with my wing and I have managed to get a sort of code, its a bit scrambled but we suspect it to be location of some sort.

Using my imperial fighter I simply followed a pattern of metallic obelisks, parts and symbols dug into the ruins, each one led to another.
I marked the dash like straight line metal pieces/symbols down as 1 and the chain link like symbols on the ground as 0's as well as the obelisks within the triangular symbols, the triangular method was a bit harder as I put a 1 every time an obelisk was past the gap of the linear markings, its sounds strange, but if I had a pen and screenshots it'd be a lot easier.
Linear marking/Metallic piece = 1
Parallel Linear marking = 11
Obelisk = 0
Chain link = 00
Heres an exact copy of what I wrote down:

With Palin announcing possible combat ship defensive capabilities via meta alloys/ruin data being utilized via Engineers at some point, maybe the title of 2.2 is in reference to the CMDRs becoming The Guardians...of the Galaxy.
In all seriousness, the Thargoid Scout is rumored (known?) to be in 2.2 and maybe we're preparing to defend our precious bubble. Just a loose thought.

Theres talk of a Thargoid initiative group out in Xbox Group forums, Im not sure what its about but I can say with almost certainty that the ruins are not of Thargoid origin.
Sounds a lot bigger than the planet holding the first site.

AT most the second bubble now has about 500 commanders around colonia. Plus unknown amounts of deep space operatives. Defend what we have and keep exploring
