The "way" is not obsolete but the Bearded one did confirm they would use this to point to something else.

Morse Code is being broadcast there. Don't have means to record it. And am too inept to transcribe it. Need assistance ASAP:
yes, but my idea is to extract only the letter set and than arrange it in a 9 , 4 , 6 three words system name; not necessarily in the order as the have been extracted from the nonogram. Otherwise the name should be also with letters in alphabetic order....
take into account that DARK REGION or DARK SECTOR already fit with some column intestation... and they are 4 , 6 long I miss the last 9 letter long word

Hmmmm...I didn't think to listen to the nav beacons. I just scanned them. Nav beacons normally broadcast the system name in morse though from memory.

No scan necessary just drop into the Checkpoint at Condani AB 1 and fly close to the nav beacons, you can hear it. Still trying to record it somehow.
Oh, that may be it! Maybe 3 rows correspond to X, Y and Z coordinates?
Slash b slash are you saying that a Military Checkpoint around Condani AB1 has a Nav Beacon in it? I thought those were only in the Nav Beacon Signals themselves? Could this be something else, maybe a satellite, in the AB1 Checkpoint which is broadcasting the morse?
Either way potentially a good catch, but alas I am at work at the moment.
I stopped in again. They're morsing CONDANI AB1, which isn't terribly useful. At least the one I listened to did.
In every military checkpoint there is 4 nac beacons + some authority ships. And it's these nav beacons that transmit the morse code. I Captured it and uploaded the .mp3 herehttp://www.filedropper.com/condanimorse

I agree with Zaratan, morse is just the system name - quickest to download a morse app to phone and hold that up to speaker - when a ship isn't buzzing you and messing up the audio
