Is anyone in-game and able to check the Galmap at co-ordinates 10 : 7 : 17 (and their +ve/-ve combinations) for the nonogram?

Giving each empty square a number based on their position, Column 3 = 2, and taking the number [6,4,9] from that particular row, gives these numbers.
I don't understand: can you post an example pls?
