*edit* I think a lot of Twitch streamers don't realise what they are doing - they are broadcasting to viewers. As such they have the same responsibilities and liabilities as other broadcasting studios, and can be held to account for what they say.

Well considering their fan base I think it's a legit question. Just google Dimebag Darrell to see how fans react when they think someone has ruined their passion.
Also reporting him for that off the cuff remark makes you out to be a right plonker. He never advocated violence towards you in any way shape or form. i watched the video.

Spend 5 mins reading the TwitchTV ToS, as well as the FCC guidelines on broadcasting. And for good measure, read up on what "republication" is. By the time you're done, even if your moral (which should tell you that it's not the sort of thing you should even repeat, let alone broadcast) compass is broken, you might still learn something.
