Are the ratios between distances roughly the same with your method? If they're similar it's not too much of a game-changer, if they're way out.... Urgh.
That sequence is shorter, certainly not the whole sequence - If it's a message it will repeat - so far I don't have a long enough sample to test, still looking for a good 35min recording to be sure
This is probably redundant, but just a reminder for CMDRs recording the audio to ensure they have their device's soundcard set to render & capture the high frequencies. I think, but am not sure, that ED minimums are 24 bit @ 48KHz.

I figured that sleep is overrated and sat here till 2am this morning.
I will provide a short analysis when I finished work.

My recording ended abruptly with an explosion yesterday.

Heads up on the audio I've been recording, I've been kicked off the game multiple times so havn't had a long string yet. I'll keep at it and update if I manage to get anything substantial. So far 20m is my best.

I found a link between the crash sites and the ruins. Its not much, and its very speculative, but its an avenue at least.
The ruins have always looked like a power grid to me, and it seems there is still some residual power left powering certain elements within.
Now, the crash sites and the ruins site, their planets have 1 thing in common. Germanium.
Germanium is used in transistors and other electronic stuff like solar cells. And in the past, semiconductor electronics were based entirely from Germanium.

It uses Ternary numbers, which is most likely what the audio signal is as well.
Humans = Base 10.
Thargoids = Base 8.
Ancients = Base 3.

Notice the large amount of small cratering about 1 to 2 Km out at the 10 o'clock position and another set (less dense and aligned directly away from the site) at the 1 o'clock direction. These both align with the breaches in the boundary wall.
+repped. I thought you'd coloured the boxes, but apparently not. Difficult to gain anything from it at first glance, this one is going to take an extra few layers of tinfoil and a serious amount of biscuits...
