Surprised it took you so long to ask
We are still working out the finer details of the PS4 Release and there'll be further announcements closer to the time.

Honestly, I am not sure why people want that ship so bad! It is not as good as the original.

(quoted from Frontier, December 8th 2016, mind you...)We’re looking forward to telling you more about how we’re supporting PS4 in the coming months, before we launch in Q2 2017.
So I love to use that in open, very understated ship... I guess PS4 CMDRs will also get it if they preorder or buy Elite in the launch phase.
Any precedent here? Did XBox One owners get a Mk IV for pre-order?
And here is me, never even played the game and who would just like to experience a ship let alone to keep hearing about all these various types of craft [haha]
I'm with you all the way with you on that point, forget the free goodies and stuff, just give us the game already
There was a launch window where if the game was bought in that time (a month, can't really remember), then xbox owners could buy the mkiv from shipyards.
Personally, it's not a patch on the mk3 though. The slowness killed it for me.
