Ask yourself, what will you do when you need a break from the best game ever made.... ie Elite dangerous.

Sometimes we need to step away. Stretch our legs. Spend time with the kids. The wife/husband/partner.
Or play another game for just a little bit. We all need to. Well when you feel like playing something else. Try this interesting game out. Xbox is all I know about.. Maybe other platforms as well...

We're all here because we love space, and elite is incredible. Not always a smooth highway, she gets down right bumpy at times.... like my off road trails. And I appreciate her more for it. But sometimes we need to step away. But why step away from exploring and enjoying space.

I saw a video of this a while ago and then completely forgot about it, thanks. It does look genuinely interesting.

I don't need another game, even though Dishonored 2 is sitting on my shelf, waiting for me. I spend the extra time reading. In addition to any book I happen to be on, I try to plough each edition of The Economist.

Everytime I try to take a break, I end up dreaming about Elite and have to start playing. It is like it doesn't want me to stop playing.....
I dunno if another space game could live up to ED.

I saw this awhile back, it does look interesting but I think Empyrion looks better. Of course no console version of it has been announced yet but maybe that will change.

Interesting news today, Bigben Interactive has bought the right to Test Drive Unlimited and are working on a new game. If anything makes me take a break from Elite, it will be this. I put over 1500 hours into TDU2 and about 900 hours into TDU1.

When I start thinking about laying it down I load up me complete box set of Babylon 5 and it gets me back in the space mood for about another 8 months. It's the closest to elite that's out there.

Bear in mind it's alpha build, thatminidude was streaming it last night in YouTube. Looks like nms and planetbase had a love child. Expect a few game crashes for now

If I need to step away from ED, which is never for a long time, I play Xcom2 or Rocket League with my son.
I bought Subnautica in preview but it's plagued by extreme framerate drops and quite unplayable atm.

Astroneer looks cool, I saw the announcement yesterday and looked a bit into it, it's promising but with the Subnautica experience I'll wait until it's a bit more developed and proven.

EA acces just put Battlefront in the vault, might give that a try because Star Wars.
