Oh come on.. Don't turn this into a feminist debate. Frontier knows exactly who she was and how much she meant to the world.
Fine.
Leonard got a station. Fisher gets an outpost. Star Trek => Big Station. Star Wars => Small Outpost. Biasm at work.

Hardly "turning this into a feminist debate". Denying that angle is a bit odd anyway. It does look like a lesser memorial.

I think its a bit quick to say that other people are denying that.
Personally I'm viewing her as a character, not as a woman, she IS a woman, yes, but that doesn't give her any plus or minus in my book, gender doesn't matter, fact is while star wars left a big impression on many people, star trek is.....significantly bigger.
Add that it really doesn't make sense for a character that has been fighting for people suddenly would be represented with a big station, outpost is more fitting, though personally I would think a planet named after her making a bit more sense, maybe as close to alderaan as can be found within reasonable time.
Rather make a large asteroid somewhere, name it Polis Massa and put a base on it. More accurate.![]()
I'm down with that. Would be a nice tribute as well. Opening ceremony. A few nice words.True, first in game asteroid base?![]()
Can we somehow make the traffic controller at this outpost in her voice?
Carrie, rather than Fisher, would seem a little 'warmer', 'softer', a little less official, and perhaps more fitting for a place of rest and remembrance...
