Jumped into the first sighting system while carrying an alien relic from the alien ruins system
No interdiction, but I did drop into normal space to figure out my route to Maia and had 2 system authority ships drop in and scan me

If you get scanned by that yellow beam thingy, check your hull with the exterior cameras for puzzles written on the paintjob.
Also, we need to record the sounds it make with good quality to find puzzles in there too.
Triangulate its escape vector, and guestimate what star it is targeting, and then correlate to the galaxy map.
The alien vessel has 1 life support - which means there is probably something alive aboard. Pilot presumably.
It also has only 1 power plant - which probably is its vulnerable spot.
one FSD, one Shield generator.... only 1 pulse laser, unknown grade or class.

Perhaps these are merely scouts then, and the warships are yet to be seen.

it happend in main game , happend to me and my friend juste two jump after having a ua ( did 10 jump before having the ua and nothing)
Presumably the Main game, no mention of beta servers.
Just checked the first crash site (Pleiades Sector AB-W B2-4), crash is still there under the watchful eye of the Empire.
i dont know how people are getting encounters. ive been jumping alot and ive yet to get one
Are all the Col-70 permit locks still in place?
is this happening in the Main Game or in the Beta?

Just checked it now - COL 70 SECTOR OW-W D1-0 (~1.5k LYS from Pleiades) requires "Unknown Permit", so yes.
