Thank you Fdev!
The changes to Powerplay are much appreciated.
I do have a question concerning the military slots: how come all of the Federal ships received one but the imperial Clipper nor the Courrier received one?
What's the rational being this decision?

Puts engineers back on the, to do not anytime soon list. Was the only thing I was looking forward to.

Rest of it is neither here nor there for me. and yes that's me not you or anyone else reading my post over your shoulder.

Where have you been, this hasbeen discussed to death. The FDL is OP and everybody uses it and knows this move on mate....

Well I've come back to the game last week so yeah...
It's not about moving on (because it looks like you think I'm a FDL-whiner that wants everything. I'm not), it's about information. I like to know things and understand the why.
I did not asked to have a military slot on the FDL. I asked if the reason was because it is not considered as a military ship in the lore (Even though I find it strange that it is not because it can really be a military ship).

Anyway, you answered my question. So the FDL doesn't have an additionnal military slot not because of the lore, but for the sake of gameplay and balance. Fine by me. :)

Looks like a good patch. It will be interesting to see how the balancing works in "real life".

One question:

- Optimised Shields Reactor power draw reduction improved (20%-40% from 13-30%)
- Optimised Shields Mass reduction doubled (16-40% from 8-20%)

What are "Optimized Shields". The "Optimized Shields Mass reduction" sounds interesting as I'm on a constant quest to get the mass of my DBX down into more maneuverable territory.

Sorry if i repost the question.. I didn't read all the pages..
But the eng commodities removed fix?

Is it there?

I think it means "Enhanced, low power shields" (G5):

The FDL is like one of those black SUV's that PMC's use. Slick, sleek, very comfortable and it can be used in a hostile environment. However it doesn't have the same customization features as say a Humvee.

Its an engineer upgrade AFAIK, better upgrade now.

I just hope my FDL will be still usefull in HZRES.

Why wouldn't it be? it's already super OP. I have several scattered throughout the bubble from before Engineers. A couple extra military slots won't make much difference to it. It's by far the best ship, performance wise.
