I've got a question about last update:
In general post i read: "Ships ...
- Added new military slots to the following ships: ...
- Imperial Cutter: 2x size 5"

maybe i miss something or just misunderstand it - but... where is that slots?
I've got a Cutter, but in OUTFITTING screen i can't see a place - where is that slot can be? In weapons - all as was before update: maximal existing weapon's slot is ONE 4 class. Where is TWO 5-th class weapon?

Millitary slots aren't for weapons, so they won't be listed under the hardpoint section.
 
wowsers that is a lot of wedge.
i have not visited them yet... is this a really involved / time consuming thing to do or is this going to be the 2.2.3 money printing mission?

edit.. if that mission specifically says ALL ancient ruins, and it is completable now, then that is a shame, as i guess it means there are no more ruins to be found. unless you paraphrased the mission?

I imagine it will not be for the faint of heart, or the casuals. It does say ALL ancient ruins, and it would be kind of presumptive to assume ALL ancient ruins are already known and found...
 
Any idea how big this update is?

I may need to prep my flock of carrier pigeons, I mean, Sky "broadband", for the task.

v2.2.00 still isn't downloaded on my laptop... Lol
(Admittedly, it's rarely connected to my home internet anymore)

Hmm, the launcher still has the Beta option, though at the moment clicking Play brings up an error about can't connect to server.

I'm in founders world and I'm looking at the shield recharge rates of broken and damaged stats of normal shields, prismatics, and bi-weaves, does not appear to be speed increase compared to the last live build. Some stuff may not of made it through.

I am 'not' going to turn back around and fly all the way back just yet as it has taken me this long to get halfway back to check out this Visitor :D

- Massacre Conflict missions will only accept conflict zone targets

WHY, FD? WHY?!!

You do realize that it was fun and engaging to be able to find massacre targets outside of the CZ's, right? So you took a mission that had a range of immersive play options and nerfed it into a CZ mini-game.

How ridiculous [mad]

It wasn't fun, it was a long arduous slog... Especially when you had 60-100 ships to pop. Doubly so when a system doesn't have any RES. Triply so when there are no RES and no NAV beacon.

To add: Will mission boards still give out massacre missions in a cease-fire state? Will Massacre missions now not tank your faction rep if you abandon them during cease fire? You know since giving out massacre missions during a ceasefire was "working as intended" and you had to "get creative about where to find targets during cease-fire" per FD as recently as a month ago.
 
What a happy piece of happen-stance - I have some time allocated today for buying a Cobra IV and trying out it's chrome paint-job.

Well done all - this is the first beta I've not taken part in - so my thanks to both Fdev and the beta testers.
