anyone have an Archaeo -Astronomy background ?

The ancient ruins have an obvious Neolithic stone row and stone circle, monumental henge aspect with the obvious ditches and banks, in design it is a ritual centre based on the stars.

( those monuments often replicate star formations eg Thornborough Henge = Orions belt)

When I was there today the moon lined up along one of the ''processional ways'' as it cut the horizon ( elevated causeway )

and the Star was also lining up with one of the 'stone rows'

I dare say all this has been mentioned by others in the previous 800 pages, but the affect on which 'stones' become active might be observed as well as other 'phenomena' ?

eg the lighting up of the alignment of many neolithic tombs such as Newgrange and Maeshowe

this enlighten the puzzle ?

Also for everyone to know. when it says 14/21 etcc that does not mean there are 21 of all the data. that means its 21 otu of EG: Techno Data or Historical data. im pretty sure historical data is in the 100s so....

So we clearly have lesser obelisks than "available" data (whether the n of 21 or n of 19 numbers are something like a sum).
Speculation: We may have to find more ruins.

Second observation: Please try to scan in a wing, with different combination of stuff in your cargo hold - one is scanning, and every other wingmate gets a scan message, and if lucky 1 of them has the necessary combination in his cargo and gets the success message (just happened here).

Checking in from the Formidine Rift CTD site. It's taken me just over 3 hours to rush from the Bubble out here, and it seems there is still nothing to report. It looks like the assets have not been turned back on yet - probably an oversight - as there's no comms beacon here in system. Either that, or FD have moved the whole thing elsewhere...

Some of the sets requires a single object to open. At lest it seemed like that in the beta. These might not open if you drop two objects.

So, in a year or two, when someone finds another ruin, or when a slow-burning trail of bread crumbs leads to another, we might be able to finish this? Alright. Im game.

However, I still have to test all of the single item combos, as well as trying having two of the same item in cargo. Havent tested the relic, either. Might be some hope, yet!
