Ok, chucking out time here, time to make my way home. Should be logging in in 1 hour 30 min!
This task is quite literally astronomical. We're looking for any possible hint to narrow down the sites.
We fly around for a few days. Ram then says he needs more data from the community. Pilots truck more data in. He announces he narrowed it down further. Wash, rinse, repeat, until the FD art department is finished designing the ruins and they are ready to be put on a planet. Cynical me here...the CG's, messages are drawing more and more pilots into this area of space, and then herding them into just a few specific locations to maximize the number of pilots for when ever and what ever the big reveal is.
If you get a buzz crashed get excited! You just found ruins most likely!
Looking for a grain of salt on a beach.
how can i contribute (edit) to spreadsheet ? all is grised
Looking for a grain of salt on a beach.
No, looking for one grain of salt on over a dozen different beaches!!!![]()
Seems to me that the science has been abandoned and now its just brute force?
I'd love to be able to see the hidden messages (if there even are any) but not sure my science / mathematics skills are up to it... I really do hope there is something and that the scientists amongst us can decode it before someone happens upon the new sites just like xxdeath did...

Mmmm is that correct? C is the constant of light in a vacuum. From my understanding light (and lets just stick to the laymans term of 'moving through' and accept that the implication is that of propagation) does indeed slow down as the medium changes. C as a constant does not change, the speed of the light itself does. i.e. light leaves vacuum travelling at/near to C, passes into a medium (say glass) and slows. It stays at that speed whilst still in that medium and then when leaving (back to vacuum), again accelerates back to C?
And we have no idea what this grain of salt looks like.

How can we do science since FD do not give us a clue? They gave a bunch of places to brute force the search. Operation Comb The Galaxy.
Would be better if Ram Tah told us how can we read the glyphs.
Thank you. Are these ruins to be found only on rocky planets? Sorry I'm a noob at this part of the game...
I think it would help and prevent people wasting their time if MB could confirm if there is or is not something deeper to be discovered here or if it is just fly around until you find them...
I just crashed around Synuefe XO-P c22-17 C 4 a few minutes ago. I don't know yet if it is significant or not. I will continue to check around it !
