Mass Effect Trilogy is not on PS4. And I would avoid the PS3 ports with its subpar performance. The PC trilogy requires expensive DLC ("Bioware points") to be story-complete and bothers you with a SecuROM 5 activation lifetime limit.
My recommendation: Get the first Mass Effect for 10bux on Steam (no extra activation there) and skip the remaining games entirely until they get a content-complete remaster. They are not worth their money.
Bottom Effect delivers. (Damn you forum censoring, my creativity has limits)

If you've got Origin access, the original trilogy are free, look under vault games.
ME1 was a grand spaceopera while Me2 is more of a character piece. Which is also why I personaly love ME2 more, its one of my alltime favorites!

Man this release is even better than NVidia's "Founder Edition" conspiracy theories. I'm enoying people going overboard ape-...crazy about it. It's almost like watching clowns in circus, only they get paid for making fools of themselves

Well, at least we can hope for pale skin tones - I always make very pale characters in games and surprising lack of "white" option in ME: A was a first let down.
Anyway, after laying 10 full h I cancelled my pre-order, non of the characters/dialogue were memorable so far, I did not get any ME vibe from this, more like a deja vu of playing latest DA: Inquisition that I really didn't like.
Its not terrible game but as far as ME game goes - not feeling it.

I've finally played about 3 hours of the game and am loving it. Combat is fun, dialog is decent (so far), story is cheesy but interesting, and I've already developed a liking for a couple of characters.
Yeah, animation is janky, but whatever.
Honestly I don't get all the hate for this game. Of course 3 hours is not a long time to develop a feel for it, but so far it's something I want to keep playing.

Was up till 5 in the morning playing the demo...not many games get that attention fer just a simple demo which is all of 8 or 10 hours. Thats just a taste and I want more. Seem the haters have all formed judgements based on screenshots and short clips and heresay...hardly what Id describe as an informed point of view but...haters are gonna hate anyway. Whatever...Im still gonna play this game hard and the haters can sing fer all I care ^

What the frack happened to Bioware? I thought Dragon Age 2 was a low point, then came DA Inquisition making it even worse. But this? Well, Nier Automata here I come.

LOL no I just never hurry thru any game. No walk thru, no hacks, no tips, no trade route planners or crowd sourced maps. I'll get there sooner or later. I never quite understood blowing thru a game as fast as possible, having all the answers given to me by others.
