Even then, as pointed out above (sigh), it is more probable that we are looking for a (transliterated) Greek or Latin word given that all confirmed answers are either (transliterated) Greek or Latin (and not English - 'Fates' is an English word).

But it's the 'mother of the mother' of Odysseus (who is called Amphithea which can be found in the Prism system > very probable that this is the right answer).
Regarding 'δ Ursae Minoris, der Osmanen Polarstern': this means we are looking for the Turkish name for Delta Ursae Minoris which, as Protoenchen and others have pointed out, is Yildun.

8 has already been confirmed as Eurycleia, 9 is perhaps Amphithea because it seems the English version of the riddle is incomplete (the German version gives "Mother of the mother of Odysseus" = Amphithea, found in the Prism system).
Regarding 19 = Erinyes: Drew did not confirm this when it was mentioned in a list of answers although he did confirm other answers in the same list. Plus, it is likely that we are looking for Roman goddesses (see above).
Edit: Oh, and regarding 22: others have pointed out plausibly in this and the Canonn thread that Zephyrum refers to zero.

Still, 'Mother of the mother of' does sound as if it is incomplete.

No, the mother of Odysseus was Anticlea. The mother of Anticlea was Amphithea. So the mother of the mother of Odysseus is Amphithea.

Not sure if this is correct but Odysseys mother was Anticlea and her mother was married to Autolycus which google says is Amphithea.
