If this is one of the effects of "tumpism", it's actually quite sad. Not just completely unwilling to admit to mistakes and learn from them to improve onself, but also doubling down on the mistakes telling everyone else they're "wroooong". Even in things as defined and searchable as grammar [blah] -le sigh-
The issue here is significant, IMHO.
Some Pro Trump people have poor English, and cannot actually understand conversation accurately. Those afflicted are invariably convinced that correct language is wrong. Remember the American poster that claimed the "Brits don't speak English" while struggling to write coherently? He genuinely can't follow actual English. I've met several with dyslexia, some with strokes affecting their language centers and at least one alcoholic with slurred and broken speech.

If we claim that our brains are functioning, we should be able to offer help to the ones who are having trouble. That starts with understanding what the problem really is.

That's been doing the rounds since about mid-week. Flynn is seriously damaged goods, but apparently Trump liked the guy so was perfectly willing to overlook his obvious criminality.

I have to say though I am liking Trump. He is a twisted idiot and an absolutely terrible excuse for a human being, but at least he is truly incompetent and stupid. I have a strong fear that if Trump resigns/is impeached and Pence, a more capable monster, will replace him.
Let's face it, Trump is getting nothing at all done and is providing absolutely fantastic comedy. Pence will be a quiet and boring individual who nevertheless cuts a bloody swathe through the planet.
The comedy is way too nasty and mean spirited for my taste. The damage to the planet and international diplomacy is too high for it to be funny, not to mention the human suffering in the US if his cronies manage to bring down the ACA.
If they manage. Trump can't find his bottom with both hands.
Pence will get the ACA, LBGT rights, laws, environmental laws, and any last vestiges of oversight.
Four more years of nasty chaos wearing down the Republican brand and giving the Democrats a serious chance of getting the Whitehouse next time is preferable to 4 years of actual "progress" on turning back the clock on what progress has been made.
