Server downtime - June 27th launch day!

I was ready to play ED on my PS4 back in March (or whenever PAX showed off that footage), so a few more hours after waiting long and painful MONTHS won't be a big deal, if things do go wrong.

I know some of my posts might come across as negative but tbh I'm only trying to warn fdev and others of a potential problem especially as Tuesdays suck really bad for downloading off the psn!

I only decided to play it safe and change my day off as I couldn't face getting stressed on my birthday lol I finish at two anyways

WHAT!!! so i didn't need to fork out all that money for my provisional pilots licence, damn no one told me it was a game i thought it was a simulation like the last starfighter

I haven't checked the forums much in the last couple of weeks, so my apologies if this has already been answered elsewhere, but has there been any clarification on this (minor) issue?

Not much point heading to the store Tuesday morning if I'm not gonna be able to play until Wednesday.

They didn't specifically say when on Tuesday, the severs wont be up at midnight I don't think. They said probably sometime afternoonish? But we will still be able to play training missions in the mean time.

Cheers man. I'm in Australia (and I've checked with the local stores that it is indeed available for purchase on the 27th here) so I'm not really expecting the servers to be up until early hours of Wednesday morning Aust EST, but if I can bum around Tuesday arvo doing the training missions that's good enough for me.
