Obviously you don't like CIG so whatever they do is to you, I hoped for a more rational discussion with you honestly, hating them doesn't make any sense to me, FD has a lot stuff ,
man since last patch my game does no longer freeze so I think one factor is the engine, frame rate still 25 fps but less freezes, somehow less disconnections so I'm confident they did something already, minor optimizations are probably already done, one year ago the game was unplayable with freezes and crashes all the time, now I can play in PU for many hours before seing a freeze
1) You 'think' Lumberyard fixed some issues for you
2) CIG devs explain that is not the case
3) I tell you this fact
4) You complain I am 'hating' and 'not rational'.
Noone is 'hating' anyone (other than using the term 'hating' when faced with facts you dont like), we're just providing you with facts that counter what you feel/think/believe has happened and will happen. Anyway, I guess you are new to this. Most here are/were backers, and have been shown the imminent netcode/jesus patch/whatever for years.
Wanna make a bet? Next week the new schedule is up. I'm willing to bet that a number of items will be delayed again by at least one week. You know why I feel so certain? Because it has happened
every single week. And this is the delayed planning, that followed a delay of a delay, that came after a delay. And every week they delay it by a week. I'll make another prediction, considering I am such an amazing prophet: they'll release
something at gamescon but it wont contain the promised features of 3.0 they promised last year. You know, when they said it would be released in
just a few weeks? That they were so close to showing us at previous gamescon but came short
just a few hours? You know, with them saying months later they were almost done making a planning for the stuff they said was finished months earlier? A planning that so far has been slipping by a week every single week?
Oh, I also predict a ship sale.
But hey, if you know facts you are 'hating'. [haha]
I don't need links, it's true it took 2 devs to change engine, the 2 engines don't differ so much but I think Amazon's one gives them more flexibility, t
hey are now building dev tools to create quicker than before, give em time
Ah yes, the magical pipeline that is now almost finished so they can create content faster than ever. With these pipelines they can create fully unique and acted quests in two weeks, and every month a new planet!
Oh wait, those were promises from 2015. Must be a different pipeline I guess, because we've got zilch. Or are we gonna get three systems with a six planets each, with tens of quests in 3.0? No? Then give me a break with the hole dev tools, pipeline, 'soon things will go realllllllly fast!' stuff they have been saying quite literally since 2013. Oh, when you say "i dont need links" you mean "I dont need facts".
