I use my Cutter mainly for trade CG's and very occasional trading.
I find its great for CG's, as I have it fitted out with 760 ton cargo with a 5A shield and it it virtually guarantees a top 10% result with very little effort, I even made it into the top 10 once.
The thing is though, as soon as the CG is finished, I cant wait to park it up and get back into my Clipper or Python - mainly because of the Cutter's sluggish handling. I actually find it tiring to fly for long periods of time as I have to work a lot harder to keep the ship in control, especially the way it drifts under thruster control as well as sluggish super cruise performance.
Whilst I love the look and sound of the ship, along with its awesome cargo space, for me I am happier to fly smaller better handling ships most of the time.
If you have the credits and want to move cargo quickly, then by all means the Cutter is your ship, however I suggest you dont sell your fleet to buy one as you may be wishing you could get back into something thats easier and more fun to fly.
