First VR experience. Oh my ...

VR has literally ruined pc gaming for me. Elite, Project Cars and Alien Isolation are the culprits. I have struggled to enjoy a game on my monitor ever since. It just feels so hollow. :(
Almost right from my mouth, but iRacing instead of Project Cars!

iRacing has fantastic support for VR.

Dirt Rally is also amazing and feels so good racing through a nightstage!

Also consider 'Butt Kicker gamer2'. same sort of thing but attaches to your chair and is MUCHO cheaper.

Yeah I also considered buttkicker as well but wanted ones that I could wear. I even considered whether to add the buttkicker to the Kor-fx. Subpac s2 and m2 but had to tell myself "stop! There's a line but I'm pretty such I flew straight over it in vr!" haha.

For anyone else that hasn't tried VR and feedback, seriously guys - it honestly take it to yet another level :D

Got mine today. What can I say that hasn't already been said?

I first tried 'VR' back in the 90's when you had a massive plastic helmet halo type thing. Even then, the polygon type games were impressive. Fast forward to today and its like black and white. VR is nothing short of astounding! I was skeptical reading these threads about how good it is now and it took some time and some spare cash for me to pull the trigger. I only wish I had done it years ago.

I've been playing the experience stuff/demos etc for a few hours and never once suffered motion sickness. Then played elite, wizzed around in the SRV...still no motion sickness. However within 5 minutes of playing the ISS mission experience I started to feel a bit rough. I guess different games affect different people. ITs not put me off at all though. Just a little frustrating having to take a 'time out' to re-charge my VR legs.

Welcome aboard w3bbo! It is pretty awesome eh? :D I had more of a shaky start on the sickness front, especially in the SRV but built up a tolerance. I used to get sea sick really easily in RL but VR has cured me of that! (just done my first cruise and didn't get sick). That ISS demo had me sweating and wanting to puke in less than 60 seconds when I tried it the first time. I must try it again sometime but think it is a bit of an extreme VR experience and will probably still make me want to barf lol
