Just a few personal observations I've made that could potentially to debunked but, still, I thought I'd share them.
1 - Given that the Thargoids themselves appear to have suffered considerable losses at some point in time: Ship wrecks, derelict structures [Are they towns, cities or even downed mega ships?] scattered around.... who or what did this to them?
Are the Thargoids in as much in danger from another foe as we think we are from the Thargoids? Are the 'guardian's the REAL enemy here?
2 - We have seen many video's and screen shots showing fleets of human ships that have been decimated with a seemingly 'guilty' Thargoid ship wandering about the vicinity before then disappearing.
Were they merely investigating the aftermath as we were doing? Have we actually SEEN Thargoids actively engaging in combat at these scenes of devastation?
3 - Hyperdictions resulted in an immediate disablement and scan of our ships, at which point the Thargoid again disappears.
Idle curiosity it would seem, no more, no less.
4 - In NHSS's, there are antecedents that trigger a hostile Thargoid response including: Getting too close, carrying Thargoid items, preemptive 'human led' attacks including obtaining tissue samples with drones [as seems to be the norm].
Do WE not get hostile when faced with a threat or when someone has stolen OUR items?
5 - Reasons? Given the Thargoids are a mighty powerful and potentially ancient race in the galaxy, or even universe, they have had time eternal to annihilate humanity at source but have instead watched as we grew and spread among the stars.
Why? Do they see something in us that we ourselves do not see? Do they need us for something?
I do however confess to wondering at a few things, such as:
1 - Why do the Thargoids need human escape pods? - I sincerely hope we 'human's do not 'fly' their ships otherwise whoever owns the Babylon 5 license might have a word to say about it lol.
2 - What lays beneath the Barnacles... - I suspect there may be subterranean outposts beneath the barnacles.
Feel free to correct/highlight/discuss. It all helps
