Dove Enigma UA bombed, preventing completion of its voyage in time for the man it was named for.

Wrong on so many levels.

You're making it personal. If you get an asset in game for whatever reason; you know that this stuff can and often does happen. Get off your high horse and rather than keyboard warrioring; get to work resolving it.

Wrong? You must have lots of friends in real-life. Maybe you never lost a loved one to cancer or another terminal illness? Or maybe you're just a *.

The man is dying, and he chose to spend a few hours a day enjoying a video game he loves in the company of its community and his five years old daughter.

This has nothing to do with video game assets. It's all about giving a dying man a positive experience. The assets mean nothing.

This attack is illegitimate because of its INTENT: the intent to hurt REAL PEOPLE, not video game characters, not video game assets.

You should feel ashamed of being a giant * on the Internet, but I know better and you're probably very proud of cheering the idiots who did this.

How can you organize protection from an invisible force hiding in Solo? Oh right you can't which is what we've been saying all along but no one listens.
Male cow excrement.
A little forethought and bunch of Meta Alloys in this case. No need to troll this sad thread with modes "discussion".

Please explain to me how to defend against UA bombers in Solo.

Take a buch of volunteers, fill them with MAs before expedition, send to final distanation, and let them wait here in case of something happenening. I mean, Ollo was around for a while, and i am not even surprised he did it. Would be more surprising if he would not.

BTW, there is still plenty of time to fix the ship. Flying to Colonia in Conda full of MAs would take like 8-10h of pure flight time. Can be done in 2-3 days without much sweat. So, maybe all people who care that much would like to do that instead of flaming on forums.

Cos the thing is - this is exactly what they want you to do. Generate salt.

It has everything to do video games because this is a video game.

Well, we'll see. At least one poster in this thread has already said they've been in touch with contacts in the media. If I were an FDev manager I'd be praying right now for a major earthquake somewhere populous

Wait, what?
FDev should be praying that hundreds or thousands of people will get displaced or killed by an earthquake?

Or MAYBE we can just rely on the people that made this game to not give the opportunity to be terrible to someone suffering from cancer since it's literally within their power.

No one is stopping him from completing his goal.

This thread is exploding, devs haven't responded, they won't lift a finger. Maybe everyone should just bomb thir next stream so they get a little taste of their own medicine.

You organise the delivery of Meta Alloys ahead of time, and all through out the event, to mitigate the effects of what I'm sure was a rather small group, if not one dedicated player alone.

It's also interesting because that is literally what the big Power Play groups are up against every week, and why it is perhaps more tactical and far more nuanced than many give it credit for. But that's another story.

And video games are real or you wouldn't be playing them. You'd only imagine playing them. Of course obfuscating the difference between gameplay content and the reality of the game is how certain people attempt to legitimize their behavior.

No one needs to justify any legimate gameplay within a video gamr; especially open world sandboxes.
