Like there is a difference between :
"Why this griefer killed me for no reason ? I was unarmed while minding my own business ignoring how the game works and expecting the way i want to play the game would change its rules"
and...
"I got destroyed in seconds. Here is what happened, can you guys please help me to understand what i did wrong ?"
There certainly is, but why would your response be any different either way? With any post, try to mentally strip out any hyperbole and address the actual message, however well or badly it is presented. If you're not sure on a point ('they literally took down my shields in 2 seconds' might be real, in which case pip management, it might just mean they panicked a bit and it took 10 secs but weren't actually timing it) ask for clarification & go from there, if you can be bothered.
If you can't be bothered just say nothing & leave it for someone more patient to deal with.
Or insult them if you must, in the full knowledge that you are doing so.
