Kingdom Come Deliverance

And if you just spam jab attacks it should be just as well.
I stated above that I tried to win that fight scene five times, and yes I tried different techniques every time, mashing the jab button was one of the techniques i tried, zip, nada.

The first lockpicking introduction is actually after the prologue.
huh ?. then why offer lock picking at the beginning of the game without training. As someone else mentioned, I could waltz around not completing quests and moving on, but where's the satisfaction in that. I just didn't click with the game, too many oddities at the get go.

You made your mind up, I guess, so that's fine. I can see people being disappointed by the buggyness. Apart from that I found it an overall good open world and RPG experience. The stealth parts aren't very good, though.

Well if you get angry because you can't win the very first fight, or because nearby people hear you lockpicking then this is definitively a game you will never enjoy.

I like these types of games, looking forward to get the new patch to fix some of the issues with the game.

Playthrough sees me exploring more of the side missions. They are generally quite good - I didn't know it was possible to become master huntsman! Most of the activities are busywork - except for the bandit camps, which I like.
Combat is too easy for my taste later in game. I overdid with the buffs again and basically when I get attacked by two, I OHK the archer guy, turn around and see the other either fleeing or begging for mercy. (Which is probably kinda realistic considering my gear and progress)
However, ripostes auto-attack - seriously, I can't basically block anymore without hitting back. I'd just like to spar some dudes to rerfine my combos and skills, but they already die or give up after a few ripostes. Imo, the ripostes shouldn't auto-attack.

I've been plying this now for awhile, and I enjoy it a lot! I got a horse, a bow, a sword (after I lost my fathers sword) and some armor.

Can you make fire? I would like to cook in the woods, but I don't know how to make afire place, is that possible?

You can cook on an existing fire, but you can't just make one anywhere. There are quite a few old camps scattered in the woods with fires though

Look out at fireplaces / camps with a pot. Usually their fire is burning.

Damit my sword fighting sucks, much easier to use the bow, but in my last fight they got plenty of armor and my arrows didn’t
Do the effect they use to do. So I died :D

The game needs more alchemy potions.

- Molotov Cocktail (Flask+Wick+Oil)
- Require Flint+Steel and preparation to use so no lobbing hand grenades all over the place

Also, sulphuric acid was created in the 1st half of the 14th century

Well, not going to throw "hand grenades" around anyway.

How do you level up on the fighting part, I've be training with Bernard like a crazy but nothing really happens, how many hours do you need to get to the next level??

What do you mean nothing happens? You level by doing. So e.g. if you hit with sword, your progress goes up a bit.

Check whether you have talked to Bernard about the combos and ripostes. These complete your skillset for combat. Available after Neuhof main quest, iirc.

On the levelling part, you're better off fighting road bandits and such. I don't think (emphasis on think) that practicing with Bernard using dummy weapons increases the level much.

Train with Bernard to learn moves and get better at it, as well as junlocking the more advanced moves. For levelling, simply go around and live Henry's life. :) Practice on those bandits that attack youy on the road, as usually it's just one or two.
