I am a bit worried management will be too simplistic and you be able to finish the game in no time at all! The tech tree in the demo looks very small so I am concern its not going to be as deep as other sim games like Cities skyline where there was so many things to build!
Even the tech on the dinosaur and the traits is very small like only 12 traits? They should be 50 or more!
My worry is that once you play both science, entertainment and security the game will be boring cause there is nothing really new!
I think the park should be like building a city where they are so many variations and players will build very different parks and no two parks will be the same! Just look at Cities skyline that was done by an indie developer!
Just look at how much can be done in this game! Transportation, happiness, zones, etc (this is all missing in the demo)

So the visual looks stunning but is it more focus on just casual players and then it just gets boring? 60 US dollars is a lot for the game and when citiies skyline came up it was half that price and still offer lots of things to research and build. But the alpha and only 2 months away look too simplistic and perhaps need to wait closer to release if it will change!
Even the maps are too small and i am worried that because they are following a moive it would mean building and resources management limitation. Be better if we could have the whole island to ourselves and what to build then just a limited space and limited buildings and varieties and resources.
I think i am very disappointed and i rather feel upset now then later on when the game is release.
Frontier has design planet coaster but its no where at the level of small indie sim games like cities skyline where there is so much variety and so much modding onto of this! So my dreams broken to know it won't be this complex and it just a very quick casual game.
But if I am wrong when the game is release then I will be happy again!
Price: 59US crazy!
Cities skyline is price at 29 US at the moment and even for its base there is so much variation in resources! So I am not willing to pay 60US for Jurrassic world evolution if there are so little buildings and resources to choose from. I will wait till a discount then I might buy it if it is worth it but I really might not if you only have so few buildings and resources in the game.
Will you still buy it if there were limited buildings and resources and not as many as the base game of City skyline?
There is an ultra realistic racing game sold for 60 US when it came out! It had hundreds of tracks and cars and unique career mode and in depth complex simulation. And for the price Frontier is asking for the game everything should be massive! Not limited and small cause well the real Park did not have alot of different buildings and things to do.
I really hope Frontier has not made such a fatal mistake in making their game small and only a couple hours play and its only visually stunning and nothing more.
