Some people wont like the advantage being taken away from them. That means they would have the chance to be stopped. And pvp being meaningful here. Instead of like it now.
Its the whole reason I came here. When I first started fighting for this stuff. I wasnt even a PVPer yet. Hell, I've never fired upon anyone else.
It was when, I joined GCI and showed people I was going to learn how to defend myself in open. I had a few carebears go crazy over it. Called me names and left the game. Found it strange.
I spoke with a few PVPers. Asked them whats going on.
I said well, I have a suggestion. And having past experience with balancing. I was hoping I could give some input here. That was 9 months ago.
The toxicity that happens in and out of the game. Is all based on how the game was developed. But the thing is, its evolved from what it was. To what we have today.
And the defining rules need to be changed.
No different in how things changed in WoW, League, Everquest and so on. They have all had fundamental changes to push people in the correct direction of play.

This video and many others on their youtube channel. Show progress, Evolution and talk about funneling content.
This is all stuff Developers talk about and even go to school for

.
My question has been. If frontier is aware of it. Why havnt they changed anything yet?
And I am thinking, they just weren't ready. And neither was the community. But now things are changing.
I Firmly believe Squadrons is the right time for change here.
They know its toxic. They see the same stuff we do.
By defining it. Nothing is being taken away from anyone else.
