From what I can tell only way to get a screenshot with free camera is Nvidia's Ansel. If you have a GPU that supports it Alt+F2 will be default binding. However, it's not perfect. I was trying to play around with it today and it has a funny bug - if you wear helmet with visor it's first person eyeslit overlay stays in free cam lol. Must be an oversight on dev's part.
Maybe, don't know.
Well I'm waiting for the 1.4 patch, kind of interesting to see what they will add to the game. Not really interested in hair cuts, but I don'think it will be that huge.
Long awaited 1.4 just hit Steam...Brace yourself ladies and gentlemen, it's a whopping 26Gb download O__o

Probably most of those GB are from the brand new HD textures...
The game was already struggling a bit on performance, I'm curious to see how it handles these new larger textures...
well after the last patch my game runs butter smooth, popups yeah but good FPS and all on High.
Seems like people struggle to even engage HD textures mod. Looks like devs forgot to enable them lol.
I still have about an hour of downloading, will report once it's done. Will be interesting to see how better textures will impact performance. Currently I'm on mix of high and ultra with LOD sliders close to maximum locked at 60fps at 1080p. Slight frame dips in Rattay, especially at night for some reason. Otherwise very smooth.

Downloaded the patch yesterday now I’m going to see what it’s all about.

the HD sound & graphics pack are DLC you need to DL outside the patch! the HD graphics are 5.7GB alone.

The 1.4.1 patch is just more buggy than 1.3.
I got graphical popups, many CTD and just weird NPC walking around in the sky????
I get it, War Horse Studio is not a AAA studio and for that I give them a lot of slack, but for heaven's sake, 60$ and you get something that should have been still in BETA is not
ok in my book.
I love the idea, the story is good but lack connection to the side quests and to the main characters, after you take My Lady to Bed, she returns to a normal NPC, nothing hints that you actually had a short relationship with that woman, this is just weird or she is the coldest B**** in Bohemia.
I get the feeling the game was pushed out of the door too soon, and when you sell a million copies the first two weeks it is not good for your reputation when the game is in such a poor condition.

You would probably struggle to make it last 4 months, Goose...but well worth a look at. I've spent quite a bit of time in the game and it is fascinating....certainly different.
Hadn't seen those, pretty amazing. I'll take the recce wagon over on holiday at some point [up]

if you start a new game with no mods, you should get a stable experience.
Wish I had a computer on my last deployment... Well electricity too for that matter.... And plumbing... And a bed.....XD

I said that 36 years ago during a minor bunfight with some chaps from South America in the South Atlantic...then again in the first Gulf...again in the Balkans...in fact during every minor and major deployment in 27 years culminating with Terry Taliban getting so upset with me camping on his land, he tried to blow me up.
Yet now I load up the recce wagon every year with a wife, tent and tins of beans to head off to a nice rough and remote area somewhere in the world just to meet up with some of those similarly idiotic members of the brotherhood who have since taken up motorcycling as a means to escape life outside of the wall of shields... I still dream of the night sky in the Iraqi desert viewed from under a cam net, never seen anything as beautiful...nor been so cold.
