Finding resources

I have been away for a few months and the updates have slightly confused me. Before to find resources used with the engineers, i would go to their shop and look at the Daily Herald and it told me the locations of resources in a 20 ly distance but i have noticed that this does not exist anymore, so my question is, what has replaced it? How do i get enginner resources now ?

A DSS scan of a planet reveals the % and types of elements available on each planet. That made the engineer list redundant. You can also use EDDB to search for that info.
