I tried this earlier and I couldn't get it to work. Are you using Steam to take the screen shots?
I'm not taking screenshots; I'm gaming on the console and haven't (yet) figured out how to take screenshots without the hud.
I know what they are doing now. Taking a picture with the Jeep camera and then taking a screen shot of the picture using Steam.
I don't know how you can do it on consoles. I know I can do it with Radeon Relive, though like you I get the HUD as well. I hope they implement some way to turn the HUD off.
No screen shots yet but I did make another video of playing the game. Still on Matanceros though I did unlock Muerta. I haven't moved on cause I want to unlock Nublar.
Also some of my Dinosaurs break out on me. The Draco Rex and Crichtonsaurus are quite difficult things to deal with. I used another word for them in the description of the video. I was annoyed at their bad behavior so I fed one of the Draco's to the Cerato. It deserved it IMO. I have millions so I don't care. lol
I wasn't happy with the way my park was going on Matanceros so I loaded an earlier save file. Otherwise I would have been on Muerta. Then the Dinos escaped and lowered my park rating. It's fun.

Two of my Velociraptors that I named after good friends of mine, both living well beyond their life expectancy.
EDIT: So literally after I posted this, Kevin died at the old age of 114, nearly twice his life expectancy. Vic died sometime later at the age of 131, over twice his life expectancy.

I hope they add a photo mode.
The only way to get photos without the hud is with the rangers jeep but it is a pain to firstly go and get the jeep but often the dinos go crazy with the jeep near by thus unable to get natural shots from good angles.
This game needs the ability to remove the HUD and a photo mode.
