I've started keeping a population of Pachycephalosaurus in most parks as I try to grind out the memos. I've always loved these little guys since Warpath and stuff. Though I've noticed something odd; Has anyone seen them actually doing their signature headbutt in game?
I mean, they can't defend themselves (For some reason) and don't use it on predators. They also don't... Seem to headbutt each other? Despite what the trailer showed? It's very disappointing, I was hoping to see some different interactions then wandering, eating, socializing and drinking from the herbivores and Pachy seemed perfect for that. However they seem to act just like any other herbivore.
Do I need to overpopulate them so they fight like the Anky-type dinosaurs? If so that's kinda also disappointing.
Just seeing if anyone's had different experience with the chrome domes.
Edit: I found out that yes, it's something that happens when you overpopulate them, so they'll battle eachother only when overpopulated, which naturally costs them health. Kinda sad that it's not a passive behavior.
