[Video] Robigo VIP missions - 100mil/h

Cool could do with another bil or so. Just in case they make credits the way to pay for fleet carriers.

OK Yamiks, this I appreciate, thank you. Looks like you met my challenge, you can keep the gauntlet, you never know when it will come in handy. ;)
Let's hope CMDR Exigeous is right about Fdev leaving Robigo as it is.

Lets be clear, it is only 100m/hr if you have an anaconda or other large ship. For starter players, this isn't even going to get close to that. Let the nerfmeisters understand that end-game players will always out earn starters. There is silent running skill required, and if you do get scan you have to go get rid of your VD before you can earn again.

This method has been known about for a long time, so if FDEV nerfs it, then we have to assume that FDEV hates Yamiks specifically. I hope if they do, that our favorite Latvian does a video about how FDEV hates Latvians. For shame FDEV.

I’m not sure that it’s entirely accurate to say that this is the most profitable place in the game. You can make close to 100 million per hour running haulage using a Cutter/T9 in the best spots in the galaxy. The other day I made 80 million in about 5 minutes, circled back and made 60 million over the next 5-10 minutes (in short, I made silly money that hour). The spawn rates of these very lucrative missions are somewhat erratic and vulnerable to changes in system state, but they exist and emerge regularly at certain spots in the galaxy. Fetch missions intended for wings can be lucrative if taken solo in a large ship, depending on how far you need to travel to source sufficient quantity. Of course, so much depends on your rep and rank - but if you can find a lucrative spot to call home then you're laughing. I think it’s best to explore and find your own techniques rather than rely on gold rushes or widely known methods – this way you’re less vulnerable to the nerf hammer when things get out of hand (so don’t ask for the specifics ;)).

The difference between what OP is showing amd what you’re describing is that you can make 100+M/hr sometimes, some days, in some ships. Great. Robigo lets you make 100M/hr everyday, every hour, in a known ship with a known build. The consistency and reliability are the difference.

Yes, I take your point that Robigo offers a slightly more predictable way of making money, but only marginally so. I’m consistently averaging around 15-25 million per 15 minute run and as I said, quite often many, many times more. Most of the big money makers presuppose a large ship, including the OP’s. Granted, haulage is more vulnerable to system states etc, but these dry periods are temporary (a nerf tends not to be). Flock to these gold-rushes by all means, but we all know where it ends. I took my Beluga over to Parutis for the first time in months last night… zilch. Of course, I hope I’m wrong in this case, and that FD leaves it be. :)

Thanks for posting this. There have been a number of threads on this one recently, but it's this one that finally tempted me to go an have a look :)

I'm allied with the controlling faction here, I assume from the time I spent in Sothis ages ago. However, despite being 100% Allied, the best payout I've seen for an individual mission is 1.7 million credits. To be clear, I'm fine with this, I'm actually quite enjoying doing these runs, so the payout is secondary in that regard. Also, the material rewards some missions are offering are worth more to me.

So, all in all, I'm glad I travelled out this way again - and I really hate jumping long distances lol. That said though, unless I just got RNG unlucky a few times in a row, possibly FDev have toned down the rewards already now this is popular?

Scoob.
