When 3.3 is released in live, most likely beta time plus 2 weeks for console QA.
well because consoles that why. but.... why are they going to live stream this stuff on the 18 i rater them releasing the beta on the 18 with some notes and letting the content creators do the live stream for them, after all they know how to play the game better than them. and that way we have even more time to make sure that this gets done right.
At 08 seconds, we see a cockpit view of some kind of weapon or device I haven't seen before, inside a metal box maybe?

of course having a bunch of adults going all crazy like 1st graders in a thread on a 40sec teaser, while fun to any half sane observer, is not really assuring material

It's a bit too obvious, you guys did a great job in hiding the repeats in the asteroids, lightning needs more variation too.
Throughout the video, the large patterns are all the same, it breaks the atmosphere a wee bit seeing that.
Same, same, same.
Is randomly rotating the thing not possible?
Add a couple more variations and add in variable rotation and no-one would ever see it.

It's a public beta, like the one we had for 3.0. So everyone can see everything directly in the game. You'll have a beta option in the launcher to play the beta instead the regular version.

They've said earlier that first scans for bodies are also going to be added to the galaxy map. So if you're the first to fully scan a planet/star with the new probes, your cmdr name will appear as "first scanner" (or whatever they called it). Apparantly that will also apply to systems already fully explored in the Bubble, so there will probably be a race to scan bodies on release day to get names on things.What's that?!
