Most likely it'll be like SRV, being able to use already mapped buttons in a different mode.

Totally. But it's amusing watching people whose expectations are now so low they're getting excited over circles on a black screen. It looked like pong on a broken tv.

I'm happy with the exploration additions. The orrery was a pleasant surprise, even if it looks quite sparse compared to the concept UI. They pulled in a lot of stuff right in to the game which was a common complaint, USS and POI discovery is now a deliberate act... I like it.
