I've heard about laughing at your own jokes but this is on a whole new level
I'm not surprised that it went over your head.

But if I was to say this same thing, I would be told to stop crying and git gud.Right. Sticking with the analogy, the PVP guys that interdict and kill seemingly at random are akin to a kid that just keeps kicking the ball out of bounds. It’s an act that is accounted for within the mechanics of the game, but is frustrating for those trying to play within the rules.
I’ve no problem with PVP that makes sense, such as piracy or PP (a means to an end). But I think the issue comes from the CMDRs that kill for no reason and/or make no attempt to be understood. With a lack of context, the action is interpreted as rude and frustrating.THIS is the main thing people dislike, and why they are inclined to avoid open.
Perhaps squadrons will make this better, as it might be easier to see what “team” the other person is on? But I think we would all be better off if people stopped killing for the sake of killing. This could also be aided by FD giving more reasons to fight other CMDRs
........... but is frustrating for those trying to play within the rules.
I will play how I damn well please and you have to live with it.
But who is enforcing the rules, whatever these rules are?
NHL 18. I bought the PS4 just for NHL 12. It was followed by 14, 16 and now 18 of course.Or you can get the stick out of your butt and not get bent and twisted just because I poked a little fun about a platform. Why not be witty and poke fun at something that PC doesn't have but consoles do?
What's that part under "What we absolutely do not want to see" read? Someone accidentally crossed it over with a black line.Yes youre right you can do that. As i can play and do as i like, shooting and killing ships without shields for example![]()
Right. Sticking with the analogy, the PVP guys that interdict and kill seemingly at random are akin to a kid that just keeps kicking the ball out of bounds. It’s an act that is accounted for within the mechanics of the game, but is frustrating for those trying to play within the rules.
The only proper way to fly a non-combat ship is shieldless. You do not have the right to tell anybody else on how to play the game, I will play how I damn well please and you have to live with it.
The one that comes to mind for me is medium pad blocking at an outpost. Just switch to solo & dock, then switch back to open. It's an option available to you that isn't there IRL, but it solves the problem instead of making the situation worse because they have the high ground (it's really easy to block a pad & pretty well impossible to remove them if they don't want to play nice).
The biggest annoyance I have with pad blocking is that it's probably one of the most absurd things a CMDR is allowed to do in-game.
A station would naturally depend on access for both their basic necessities and any commerce that supports them financially. Being able to sit on one indefinitely, no matter the situation, is tantamount to being able to park your car at a toll both or in front of a hospital, for free, while traffic piles up behind them.

FTFYSpider-Man
I never get ganked anymore since I stopped flying baby ships 2 years ago. Now the only times I die is if I'm being and accidentally my tab key by a station, or I forget to request docking.Lol, do you ever have anything constructive or positive to say?
That's fine you keep playing the way you want to play, it doesn't bother me.
The reason you've been griefed so much is probably because of your salty attitude.
Thankfully there are very few players with salty attitudes like yourself.
Like I said, most players are eager to learn.

Wanna play hockey? Sucks to be on PC.

You're singing. No longer disappointed
I got the PS4 but it's offline 99% of the time.Just going online to get new NHL rosters. And I only got NHL ... and Red Dead Redemption, because that came with it.

LOL
What a silly idea.
Something wrong with silly?
Or is it the complaining that others are playing the wrong way that's the problem?
