No. There are enourmously populated PG's, to my knowledge there always has been, I beleive one or two were set up right from the off.
Whilst the idea of Open as it is now, and Open risk free mode together would be better than Open/Pg/Solo, there are already two viable alternatives.

There are several PVE PGs. Mobius, Mobius PVE, Mobius PVE America, Mobius PVE Europe, etc. - but the chances of seeing another commander are still significantly greater in Open given the low cap of those PGs. The PVE PGs are a poor alternative to an OPEN PVE mode. But this is old news. If you look at other MMOs PVE servers always fill faster than PVP servers, but I'm sure that you are aware of that. It would be better for the entire community if FDEV bothered to look at how other games handled the PVP PVE playstyles - but no - lazy, uninformed and cheap is FDEVs style. Instead we have silly folks whining on forums about the moral choices of players that use the designed mechanics as they see fit. This is the deadest of dead horses.
Difference is, I’m criticizing your style on a forum, not dictating your play through how I play the game. If you want to see yourself as some type of PVP hero for acting like a dunce, go for it.

You can criticize all you want. Your salty attitude is never gonna change my mind, in fact, all it does is fuel my fire.
I'm not acting like a pvp hero and the only person acting like a dunce is yourself.
You've clearly stated that you want players like myself to stop doing what we're doing and you want Fdev to change the game to limit what players like myself enjoy doing.
I have clearly stated that I'm not trying to force anything on anyone and instead of just telling players to get good, I go out of my way to help players get better at the game.
All you've done is try to dictate how you want players like myself to play the game.
Its ironic that the "griefers" in this thread have all been salt free and helpful to the community while the anti griefers have nothing positive or helpful to say.
If you're on Xbox I'd love for you to try to send me to a rebuy screen.

I spend most of my time taking part in huge, epic pvp battles in the CG.
I'm also part of a group that organizes unengineered, small ship, pvp battles so new players can have an opportunity to take part pvp as well.
Also, my faction (DRTY Co) and NFS have organised more consensual pvp battles than any other player faction on Xbox.
Your view on players like myself is totally wack.
But I'm always down for a fair 1v1.
I would suggest that you not use a Vette because I don't use large ships for pvp but if you insist I'll do my best.

Seems clear to me that FDev wants that sort of conflict in this game.

I destroy other CMDR's for no in game purpose except for my own amusement as I find it rather fun , Its my game as I purchased it so I'll do what I want.
How would you feel if a hypothetical player said:

How do you work that out? Please - explain in great detail.
If I want to mimble around doing my own thing on PS4, decide there are too many lulzbunnies for my taste, and switch to my Xbox account and do the same thing, then move to PC and my various accounts there, why is that not acceptable to you?
