Hi everyone,
QA will not be available over the holiday period to monitor and respond to forum posts directly. We will return in January, so in the meantime here are some guidelines to help you decide where to put your issue:
- If your issue definitely seems to be a bug with the game itself please check for any forum threads that already appear to match what you’re seeing and add your experience to the thread along with as many details as you can. If you don’t see any threads pertaining to the same problem you’re having, please create a fresh thread and ensure you’re keeping each thread to be specific to a single bug. Give us full details including screenshots, video, your commander name, the location and any other relevant details so that we can get a reproduction of the issue in house as soon as possible.
- If your issue relates to something more along the lines of technical issues (PC hardware or settings, conflicting third party software), networking problems (frequent disconnections or delays related to networked aspects of the game) or account issues (unable to login or stuck on loading screen after selecting to enter a game mode), please open a ticket with Please contact our customer support team: [Customer support]
Customer support are unable to fix root issues stemming from game bugs, but they are in some cases able to help you work around them.
