Hi everyone,

QA will not be available over the holiday period to monitor and respond to forum posts directly. We will return in January, so in the meantime here are some guidelines to help you decide where to put your issue:

- If your issue definitely seems to be a bug with the game itself please check for any forum threads that already appear to match what you’re seeing and add your experience to the thread along with as many details as you can. If you don’t see any threads pertaining to the same problem you’re having, please create a fresh thread and ensure you’re keeping each thread to be specific to a single bug. Give us full details including screenshots, video, your commander name, the location and any other relevant details so that we can get a reproduction of the issue in house as soon as possible.

- If your issue relates to something more along the lines of technical issues (PC hardware or settings, conflicting third party software), networking problems (frequent disconnections or delays related to networked aspects of the game) or account issues (unable to login or stuck on loading screen after selecting to enter a game mode), please open a ticket with Please contact our customer support team: [Customer support]

Customer support are unable to fix root issues stemming from game bugs, but they are in some cases able to help you work around them.

Hi, I've reviewed the majority of your posted threads (search link) to the PC Bug Reports forum with the [ED64 - 3.3 Horizons] (13 reports) and [ED64 - 3.3.01 Horizons] (7 Reports).

I can confirm various folks from our Quality Assurance team has read your various bug reports. Some of the bug reports do have multiple QA employees viewing it. Do note that the newest made bug reports likely won't have an added response for developer/QA-view of it until the new year. Many folks at the company are taking their annual leave.


So in conclusion, I wouldn't say the report are being cherry picked, they're being very much so read and added to our internal bug tracker. A lot of the time, when a reply is made to bug reports, it's either to ask for more information or to confirm the issue.
 
Constant matchmaking server disconnects. I am sat in Jameson in solo trying to put together a Python miner and it's basically, fit one module...disconnect. How have things gone so bad? UK based.

Might try vpn to another place, see if that helps.

Constant matchmaking server disconnects. Even constant disconnects on the rare occasion that I can actually login to the game + Freezes to boot (temporarily). The game is basically becoming unplayable like this :(

That, or if only something existed that would automatically adjust to load and demand. Something that Amazon already offers? Something like...

But FD evidently can't use a search engine to find these things. Shame.

Yea I dunno - I'm not really going to crap on FD though - I haven't spent money on it since I bought Horizons - every time I return to play for a bit I'm surprised they are still updating it. Maybe they should put out another expansion to invest a little in updating the server code.

Yeah, I'm a ''lifetime subscriber'' whatchamacallit (so that I don't need to buy expansions), but I try to support Fdev buy buying a buttload of cozmetic stuff for my ships whenever I can afford it. I know that the devs are working very hard on improving the game and I appreciate it greatly. But I just want some functional servers so that I can play the game at all, dangit. Even space legs & atmospheric flight won't mean a thing if we can't connect or stay connected to the game.
