Release EDRefCard - makes a printable reference card of your controller bindings

"Unknown controller detected
You have a device that is not supported at this time. Please report details of your device by following the link at the bottom of this page supplying the reference "tnatrc" and we will attempt to add support for it."

I'm pretty sure the reason is my 3dconnexion space navigator which I'm trying to use for the galaxy map and the free camera.

I have tried to use a few bindings (using a Thrustmaster T16000 HOTAS), and as far as I could tell the bindings are not meant to be used with Target.

That’s correct, EDRefCard knows nothing about TARGET’s remappings.

However, when I turn my Target profile off, the throttle stops working in game. Does anyone have any idea what I could be doing wrong?

Have you tried re-binding the throttle (in the game options) with TARGET turned off?

How do I do that without the green background in the entry fields,

Wait until the option is polished up a bit? ;)

and where can I see a list of supported devices?

+1. A list of supported devices would be useful indeed.

Thank you MartinG, you saved me some typing.

The list of supported devices can be viewed in source code form here.

Many things here are on the to-do list, but must take second stage to EDDI for priority. And, I'll be honest, some requests are so much work that I'll wait until I see a significant amount of demand before I'll even think about it.

Hello, and thank you for the awesome tool!

I have been using it for a long time. However, recently, I noticed that I cannot save the configuration, there used to be a "Link directly to this page with the URL ...", and now I don't see it on the generated page. Are you planning on restoring this functionality?

You need to supply a description on the page where you upload your bindings, so that it can be identified in the list view. Then it will be saved.

TFlightHotasOne "Unknown controller detected"

Hi, I have the TFlightHotasOne and receiving the Unknown controller detected message. Reference is cusdpe.

Would be very much appreciated if you could add this to the list of supported devices. o7 CMDR.

(I believe that this HOTAS is very similar to the TFlightHotas4 but XBoxOne rather than PS4)

Regards,
TartanBono

I have Dual Thrustmaster T.16000 FCS sticks. Would be nice if that was detected...

It works, actually.
It does not reflect actual buttons mirroring of the left stick and do add second empty throttle, but it works. It does not detect TFRP pedals connected to the throttle though.
https://edrefcard.info/binds/txramq this is my refcard.
I use dual T.16000M FCS + TWCS throttle + TFRP pedals.
Also, I have two Thrustmaster Cougar MFD panels, but they are mapped to keys and scripts through T.A.R.G.E.T. software and cannot be seen in the binds file as a device (I think, there can be the same case with the pedals).
Jibberish, If you have your sticks mapped through T.A.R.G.E.T. this may be the cause why they are not detected.

My cheap Joystick does not appear, and while I can't expect you to add every cheap joystick, (lhxmji Playmax Phantom Hawk Joystick)

If the program could skip the nice picture and default to a list of buttons and what they are assigned to (ie like the keyboard section) would be nice.

eg Button 1 Next Contact

Great tool, many thanks for this! :)

I have a Microsoft Sidewinder Force-Feedback 2 (FFB2) joystick which is not recognised. Reporting as requested - https://edrefcard.info/binds/dkijbr

It may be 15 years old but it still works just like new! There may not be a huge number about but they are still popular with those that own one.

Hi, Thank you for creating this wonderful tool.
Could you please add the DSS and FSS keybinds please?

They are there, e.g. here are mine: https://edrefcard.info/binds/skekfb

Here they are isolated from the rest: https://edrefcard.info/binds/dqiggm

Edit: note that if you choose to show multiple types of command, EDRefCard will elide what I call "redundant specialisations". For example, you can see above that my FSS Pitch and DSS Pitch axes are the same as my main Pitch axis: therefore EDRefCard doesn't waste space printing them all.

I have an unrecognized controller reference "xsukwy". It is a Thrustmaster T300 Racing Wheel and peddles. This may seem unusual but with a Warthog stick and throttle there is no yaw so peddles are required and the wheel works great as a controller for driving the SRV. Unfortunately I was unable to find any non-copyright images for it.

@VerticalBlank, +1 for taking this on. just wondering if there is a recognition distinction between the Xbox and Xbox elite controller. was perusing through the saved bindings, and couldn't find anything referecing the elite controller. thoughts?
