Sorry to break the news, but the thrillseeker edition of PC will not be available in a couple of hours. Everybody who has a thrillseeker version will see the alpha version in a few hours, not the other way around.

I purchased PC Thrill Seeker Edition through Steam a few days ago and still don't know how to download the game. What do I need to do to be prepared for Party in the Park? Thanks!

When party in the park starts (later today), the alpha game will appear in your library. That one you can download. The current Planet Coaster in your library will unlock when the beta starts (early november). You cannot preload the alpha.

I nearly thought that the Alpha key was both thrillseeker edition + Alpha access and wanted to give away my Thrillseeker key because i thought i just got the game two times.

So everyone who has the Thrillseeker Edition already received there steam keys? If this is correct, then there must be something wrong at the moment for me.

I bought the Thrillseeker Edition yesterday, but haven't got any e-mails about the steam key yet. I also logged into my Frontier account but it says: You have not ordered any steam keys.

If you bought it yesterday, it must have been through Steam so by definition you already have the key. As I understand it, when the Alpha weekend goes live you should find that you have Planet Coaster Alpha in your games library.

Thank you! I never used steam before so I didn't knew thats the way it works.

Well I have had alpha since day one. So we wont be installing this seperate, or installing it as an "add-on" to the alpha? Just unsure if it even affects me at all.

Cool, I just wasnt sure if they added anything like more rides or any of that. When will we be updated to thirllseeker edition and get the extra DLC?>

Everyone who pre-ordered any version featuring the final game ahead of August 25th gets the Thrillseeker Edition.

I've been busy with other things, and so haven't played PC in a while, nor have I looked in here in a while. I've been reading through this, and this is where I am right now - I've already had the EB/Alpha for a while. I see now that there is another key for the Beta/TS version. I went to Frontier and got my key. I activated the key on Steam, and now my Steam acct shows both "Planet Coaster Alpha", (and all the time I've played it) and "Planet Coaster" which shows as not installed. I take it that "Planet Coaster" will not be available to download until, as I've read, early November? Do I need to wait until then to install this new version?

You are correct. 'Planet Coaster' is the final version of the game, and will also be used for the beta. As the game is currently still in Alpha, 'Planet Coaster' is not yet available for download on Steam. You can play with the 'Planet Coaster Alpha' game until the start of beta early November (for everyone who has previously bought Early Bird Alpha Edition).
