Refund RCTW for the early access?

I had been a fan of RCTW solely due to the fact it was supposed to be realeased a YEAR broom planet coaster however now I know that we're pretty much going to get this alpaha first I really want to refund RCTW and for only and extra ten pounds buy a game worthy of an AAA title.

My question is if I refund RCTW does it have to go on steam credit, also is there a way I can buy planet coaster through this credit and if not can I "cash out" this credit and use it on the frontier store?

I'm so pumped for this alpha and I can't wait to get my hands on any rollercoaster tycoon game, it's just a shame I've had to wait for planet coaster over RCTW

You can ask a refund using "Steam Credits" OR "the original payment method" (If you paid with you credit card, you can ask a refund directly on your bank account)

You cannot buy the Early Access (on the Frontier Store) with you Steam credits.
And no you cannot "cash out" your Steam Credit (because you have fourteen days to request a Steam Wallet refund, and I think it's too late for you).

I have now 55€ from my refund of RCTW and waiting at my paypal for paying early access:)

I pre ordered RCTW over steam and paid with PayPal. And at the refund page, I choose PayPal instead of steam account!

Right now would be the perfect time for PC to release more videos.

It was better for them to cancel the game and work of grid on the game for a year.
And after that publish the game this way its better for Atari and the dev team.
The lost now a lot of goodwill and credit.

Yes but you haven't missed anything because Atari didn't show it due to some problems, so we got to see a load of Zombies instead. You should have seen the comments being said, when it was announced that it was cancelled.

I think they've thrown the towel in and give up altogether. They might as well. Have you got a job for Matlab, Frontier? He would make a good tea boy!

Well, I'm not going to cancel my pre-order before the game is released. I'd rather play it for myself anyways.
What I will do, however, is neutrally stand with either foot in both doorways. So if one ship eventually sinks, I can simply shift my weight a bit and come out just fine.
