Devs, can we get a definitive answer on ... future passionate development

Will have to wait and see before I get my hopes up.

Not really hyped for new coasters or flatrides at the moment and the staff feature is something i'm probably not gonna notice at all. The water coaster is kinda interesting because it adds something new but i'm mostly interested in the scenario editor. But to be honest i'm probably more hyped for something they haven't announced which might be stupid of me but oh well I just hope it will be something different and changes the game.

I am very eager now to see what the anniversary will bring as I have not been playing PC for months now as waiting for more fixes and hopefully more AI and intelligence for the management side!

Yes, also the same for me. I try to remain rational and positive, but as many things are still not solved, my hopes are not very high...

Playing Cities Skyline atm, waiting for PC to go to next decent level.

BTW is that your dog in the picture? Is he/she cute or a little rascal?

Been sitting on the fence for over six months now waiting and waiting, I hope Bo and the team deliver base game fixes as there is no point with ride additions if the source lacks integrity!

Thank you Bo for the post. Some posts and comments made by certain members has made me kind of take a step back from the forums. It’s become a little toxic.

There are many people such as myself who often don't provide feedback because we don't want or need to. We are happy with the game, and have little or no complaints. I think it's important to know that some of you complaining here don't speak for everyone, and that the complainers are sometimes the most vocal. I have no issues with the game, I'm perfectly happy with it, and have been since day 1. So, maybe it would be best to do a few polls to gauge what people would like on official forums, reddit, facebook, email, etc. I do agree that constructive criticism is great, as it will continue to make the game awesome.

Wow, this is very assumptive of you. Could it be possible that people who do not provide feedback have played the game reach its zenith then decide it is not demanding enough for them. It is extremely hard to calculate or surmise evidence of who is happy or not happy. So it is very unreasonable to state 'we are happy with game', bearing in mind this is your opinion it should be 'I am happy with the game' and again it all depends on what you want. The management side is low priority compared to design, so those that love design over anything else will be content and/or elated with what they have been given for those who want base game bug fixes, advanced tools, AI advancement and management increased then they will be frustrated as the game was sold as a 'simulation' so far the design is very good however the other two areas are lacking very much so. As for being critical it is important as the game needs to improve to keep up especially with DX12 looming.

Thank you Prince!! Very kind words and happy to hear you are enjoying the game.

We are aware of both sides and will always try to find a balance that best fits the game's spirit :)

En Anu - I suspect you perhaps misunderstood, when Prince Chester said "we are happy with the game", I think he was referring to the "there are many people such as myself" qualifier in the previous sentence making up that 'we'. He's referring to people who share his opinion.

That seems an entirely reasonable thing to say, and likely factual, even if you don't share his opinion. Just as it is when people make the claim that 'we' are not happy with the game' not speaking for everyone but only those who share that opinion, wouldn't you agree?

Actually Prince is definitely speaking for me, and I think he's right that many people are quite happy with the game and don't voice their opinion in this forum. Although I'm aware that some changes initiated by opinions on this forum were quite useful to the game.
I still love PC as it is now, but I.m always looking forward to new updates and patches.
