Looking at the following information I would say unlikely those who purchased regular pre-order would get the extras. I would expect an upgrade being made for those people though.

It's definitely possible that the $40.99 price is still special (pre-order) pricing and will increase once it's released. They previously officially said that the final price was going to be $49.99. I don't think they've made it clear that that has ever changed.

From the May 20th email newsletter...
"We’ve had a number of people asking about the final release price for Planet Coaster.

Today we can confirm that the final release price for Planet Coaster will be £29.99, $49.99 (USD) and €39.99. However, our very special exclusive pre-order price of £19.99, $29.99 and €26.99 is still available so make sure to join us for the ride early and get the best possible price."

No need! Every pre-order of the game will get the extras, as a thank you for your continued support. So if you have pre-ordered before the 25th and the product changes then you will get the extras included in the Thrillseeker Edition.

Thank you for the confirmation, I thought I was going to miss out [cool] I wasn't going to pick up a VIP pass if I had to pay extra for the Thrillseeker edition. I couldnt afford the alpha because I need to upgrade my computer first

What's about the remove of the VIP tickets? it's unfair to remove it without getting any screenshot, news, fact about it how it works. I have waited until now with VIP ticket in the hope frontier would give us news on it.

But now it seems that we are forced to buy something without any facts on it. Who guarantee that I am getting satisfied if I buy it??

hwo to decide to buy the apha or waite for the beta

Absolutely AWESOME!! I am looking forward to getting my hands on all of these extra goodies! Great that we're getting the soundtrack!! I look forward to telling my sister in the morning what extra goodies she's getting too :)!!

i think its very good that they sell the game at a reasonable price. I never buy games when they are 60$/€. The only game I ever bought for this ammount of money was GTA5. I think 30, 40 bucks for a game should be normal and Planet Coaster is amazing for putting the game at a reasonable price. This way more people will buy it and it comes more accessable to people who dont have 60 bucks to spend on every game they want to play because maybe not for you but for alot of people 60 bucks for a game is way too much. But for people like you they have put all the extras and specials on top of the base game. So I dont see your point tbh

So what you're saying is that I've been overcharged? Some people are going to be getting all that for £20? I've supported you early on as well with £100 worth of my money, but you're not giving me anything more as a thanks for all that extra money... Not even the VIP ticket: I don't even have a clue what that is. Would you buy something without knowing what it was first Zac? My mistake, I know, but I would have bought a staff one as well if the details were clear.
